JK Kim is a fine line tattooer based in Queens, New York. She started her career in 2015, working under some of the top fine line specialists on the East coast. From there she went on to collaborate with groups such as Seventeen Magazine, Hypebae, and Schutz.
Her love for tattooing stemmed from a childhood affinity for drawing - and although she went to school for English Literature, she has always held a special place in her heart for the fine arts.
JK works with fine line and minimalism to create tattoos that are simple and delicate. Currently, she owns and works out of Ink and Water NYC in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. She also travels extensively to the DC and LA metro areas.
